Aliens in the Family
The next morning, Dora takes some tea out to Bond. He is ware he has reverted and so hides under the blanket until he is ready. Lewis is watching everything and acting very strangely. As soon as everyone is up, fed and ready they all drive to the pony trekking place and are given horses to ride. Lewis is still behaving odd and does not seem to know what kind of bird his mother has just heard, yet the day before he knew all the feathers and was very enthusiastic about the subject. A little later whilst still riding, the group are almost hit by blue white lightening which strikes very near the horses and just over their heads. The others trot off but Jake lags behind. Bond goes to speak to her and shows her how he can control energy. He also tells her that he knows she does not trust him and tells her that he knows that she feels a traitor for having left her mum. Jake realises that Bond is not a real person and that he is really an alien from outer space.
Dora and the others return and they all set off for the stone circle. They arrive and look at the stones in the distance before Philippa decides it is time for lunch. The group all move off towards a little stream, that is all except Bond. Jake and Dora soon notice he is not with them and go off in search. Lewis runs after them. Bond is trying to get away by following the stream. Behind him is a large surge of electrical energy. Bond looks alarmed but needs to distance himself from the approaching danger. He is also aware that he must not involve the children.
